Terms of Service

We is an AI product workspace for existing software products. It can help users understand product context and work with specialized AI capabilities for research, product systems, design, and implementation. These Terms apply to We on iPhone, iPad, Mac, the web, and related services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be accurate, and you may not access another person’s account without authorization.

You retain ownership of content you submit or connect. You grant We a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide requested features, secure the service, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for code, designs, screenshots, files, data, and connected projects you provide.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and testing output before relying on it, publishing it, merging code, deploying changes, or using it in production.

You may choose to connect third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies continue to apply. You authorize We to access connected data only within the permissions you grant and can disconnect integrations through available controls.

Some features may require a paid subscription. When purchased through Apple’s App Store, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under your Apple account and Apple’s applicable terms. Price, renewal period, and included features are shown before purchase. Deleting a We account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.

You may not use We to violate law or third-party rights, access systems or data without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade security or usage limits, impersonate others, or create unreasonable risk to We, users, or third parties.

Features identified as preview, beta, or experimental may change or be discontinued. We may update supported platforms, integrations, limits, and functionality over time.

We and its software, interface, branding, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights in We are transferred to you.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, respond to security or legal requirements, investigate misuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using We at any time and may initiate account deletion through available product controls.

We is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We does not guarantee that AI output is accurate, every integration will remain available, or the service will operate without interruption. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date will be updated when revised Terms are published, with additional notice of material changes where required.
